Migrante Roma
Migrante is a Mexican restaurant with an international culinary approach, dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the gastronomies that have left their mark on our country.
Our concept is born from the influence of multiple cultures that have found a home here, a place to belong, and an opportunity to grow together. From this convergence, our vision emerges: a new and refreshing cuisine, rich in history, but always looking toward the future.
And migration is an essential drive of humanity. From the earliest routes in Africa to modern-day Mexico, flavors travel, evolve, and transform.
With nods to Asia, the Mediterranean, and other corners of the world, our dishes highlight those flavors that have always been present but often go unnoticed. For us, cuisine cannot be static: migration is also about transformation.
