The wood, present in nearly every surface, defines the rhythm of the space and is a nod to Japan, a country for which chef Fernando Martínez holds deep admiration. At the entrance, a weeping willow root reminds us that no matter how far we journey, we always have a starting point, a root, a place to call home.
